These T&Cs apply to all sales made by iFixShop , acting as an intermediary, to consumers or non-professional buyers via www.ifixshop.fr .
They govern the terms of ordering, payment, delivery, returns, and exclude any other conditions, particularly for sales in stores or other channels.
They may be supplemented by special conditions explicitly mentioned before the sale.
These T&Cs are accessible on the Site at any time. The version in effect at the time of the order applies, and any changes only apply to future orders.

3. Validity of the offer
Offers are valid while stocks last as indicated when ordering.
4. Products offered

Categories : spare parts for smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, accessories and repair tools.

The visuals are indicative, not contractual: the Customer must refer to the product sheet for the main characteristics and delivery times.

Sales limited to Europe (exhaustive list on the site) and Switzerland.
5. Payment Terms

Full payment at the time of order via Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Apple Pay, Maestro or PayPal, via the secure Mollie protocol.

Payment is irrevocable except in case of fraud.

The order is validated after payment.

iFixShop may suspend or cancel the order in the event of non-payment.

No additional payment fees will be added to the Customer.
6. Rates

Prices displayed in euros, net of VAT (VAT not applicable β article 293 B CGI).

Prices valid during the period displayed, subject to change outside of the period.

Processing and delivery fees are calculated before validation.

Free standard delivery in Europe and Switzerland; additional costs payable by the Customer if expedited services are selected.

An invoice is issued upon delivery.
7. Orders
7.1 β Award

Mandatory identification (first time creating an account).

Choice of products, delivery, payment, and acceptance of the T&Cs/T&Cs.

Confirmation by email after payment, forming a contract.

The Customer can track his order online.

iFixShop reserves the right to refuse certain orders (previous dispute or more than 5 identical items).
7.2 β Modification

A confirmed and accepted order cannot be modified.
7.3 β Cancellation

A validated order cannot be cancelled, except in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal or force majeure.
8. Delivery
8.1 β Deadlines & area

Delivery in 3 to 7 working days after payment.

Areas served: Metropolitan France, Europe, Switzerland.

Free delivery.

Possible resolution if non-delivery within 30 days (excluding force majeure or Customer cases).

In the event of non-compliance, replacement or refund offered.
8.2 β Transport

Delivery via independent carrier to the address indicated.

If the Customer chooses their own carrier, iFixShop is released from any liability upon delivery.

For specific packaging or transportation, additional charges may apply.

The Customer must check the condition of the products upon receipt and report any problems (non-conformity or apparent defect) within 2 days by email, with photos. After this period, the package is considered compliant.

In case of defect, iFixShop supports return, replacement or refund, according to the law.
9. Transfer of ownership & risks

Ownership transferred upon acceptance of the order, regardless of payment or delivery.

Risks transferred upon delivery to the carrier.
10. Right of withdrawal
-
14 days after receipt to withdraw, without justification or penalty.
-
Return within 10 days after notification, complete package in its original packaging.

Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

Refund (product + delivery costs) made within 15 days of notification.
11. Liability & Guarantees
-
iFixShop guarantees legal compliance and hidden defects in products.
-
Legal guarantee of conformity: 2 years from delivery; choice between repair or replacement.
-
Guarantee of hidden defects: according to articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code; 2-day period for reporting after observation, five-year limitation period.

Return costs reimbursed upon presentation of supporting documents; reimbursement made within 14 days of confirmation.

Exclusions: failure to comply with local legislation, professional use, negligence, normal wear and tear, accident or force majeure.
12. Personal data

Data processing in accordance with the Data Protection Act (Law No. 78-17 as amended) and GDPR.

Right of access, rectification, opposition, portability, limitation.

Exercising rights via the Site's privacy policy.
13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is protected. Any reproduction is prohibited and may be prosecuted.
14. Unforeseen circumstances

In the event of an unforeseeable change in circumstances (Article 1195 of the Civil Code), the party concerned may request renegotiation of the contract.
15. Force majeure

No party may be held liable for any delay or failure due to force majeure (Article 1218 of the Civil Code).
16. Applicable law & language

These T&Cs and sales are governed by French law.

The French text prevails in the event of translation.
17. Disputes

Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts.

The Client may resort to mediation (e.g. Consumer Mediation Commission).

In the event of a violation of the GDPR, recourse may be sought from associations or the CNIL.
18. Customer Acceptance

The order implies the Customer's full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions, in particular the payment obligation, and excludes any opposition based on contradictory documents.
